3. Return Process

4. Refunds

If you need a different size or item, follow the return process and indicate the desired replacement. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@iwcglasni.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

7. Canceling Orders

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return.
